Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. To check your current order status click the link included in the, or, if you have
any additional questions about tracking your order, feel free to email us at hello@naturelmini.com.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?

After you have placed your order we do our best to fulfil it as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however, please note it may not always be possible. If you wish to make any changes regarding shipping, kindly send us a message immediately after placing your order with the "URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE" subject line. Don’t forget to include your order number and details about the requested shipping changes in the body of the message.

What is NATUREL.MINI’s Return Policy?

All Polish customers have a righ to return items that where not purchased on final sale within the maximum of 30 days after delivery. Please check our Return Policy to learn how
to initiate your return process. Please note that orders delivered outside of Poland are not eligible for return. For more detailed information please refer
to our Delivery and Payments and Refund Policy pages.

What is a pre-order + when will my order be shipped?

We offer items for sale before their actual execution. When you pre-order these items, we’ll ship them within 4–10 business days after receiving your payment.

You  can see wheter you’re purchasing a pre-order on
both the product page and at during checkout. Once you’ve placed your order we’ll make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email once the item leaves our warehouse.

If a pre-order item is included in my order, when will it be delivered?

Please note that in case your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to be dispatched. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are kept up-to-date on product listings.

If you'd like us to ship your in-stock items separately and you’re willing to cover the additional shipping cost, we'll be happy to do so - just send us your split shipment request
