Package receipt date = shipping date + delivery time

 

Shipping date

We ship via GLS courier. They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels to any place. IT may take 5 business days (depending on a destination)

The packages are insured.

Orders to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees (customs, VAT) on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.

Delivery time

Delivery time is the time it takes to make the ordered product. Each of our products is made to order and sold as a preorder.

In the product card you will find information about the delivery / completion time of the product. The time varies from 3 to 10 business days.

Package receipt date

Total lead time varies from 8 to 15 business days.

What should I do when I find damage to the parcel?

In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take a photo of the damaged package and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. If such an operation was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact us hello@naturelmini.com
